OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
You may return a purchased print within 7 days of delivery ( with the exception of special orders or custom orders, which cannot be returned ) provided that you pay the cost return shipping and insurance. Returned items must be received by us in original undamaged condition and in original packaging.
If you wish to return a purchased print, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange details of the return process.
Once the purchased item has been returned to us in original undamaged condition, you will receive a store credit or a refund of the purchase price, minus our actual shipping and handling costs for the original order. Please note that our actual shipping and handling costs may differ from the total shipping costs charged to you for your purchase. You will be notified of our actual shipping and handling costs when arranging details of the return.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if any of our return policy requirements are not met, or if we determine, at our sole discretion, that our refund and return policy is being abused.
Please note that Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be returned.
We cannot provide refunds for shipping and handling costs, nor can we cover the cost of returning an order. However, if you receive an incorrect item we will pay the return shipping costs, and the cost of shipping the correct item.
Please inspect your package for signs of damage before signing for the delivery. If the exterior package is damaged, please indicate the damage in writing on the carrier's signature page when signing for the package, and retain all original packing materials. If there is major damage to the exterior package, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it to us.
In the unlikely event that the content of your package arrives in damaged condition, please notify us at jonesandlaish.net within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for carrier inspection, return shipping, and replacement with an undamaged product if necessary.
If your purchase is damaged in transit and replacement is necessary, you will pay only shipping and handling costs for the original delivery, and will not be charged for delivery of the replacement.
Cancellation of an order may be possible if the order fulfillment has not yet commenced. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com to determine whether cancellation is possible. Please note that Special Orders and Custom Orders cannot be cancelled.
If your order can be cancelled, you will receive a refund in the same form of payment used to place your order, minus a $25 USD cancellation fee.
You may choose instead to receive a store credit for the total price of the cancelled order, applicable to the purchase of any available item on the website. If a store credit is applied to a purchase of lesser value, any difference between the total value of the store credit and the total price of the new order will be refunded. The $25 USD cancellation fee will be waived if a store credit is chosen instead of a refund for the cancelled order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed on the website if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the item is discontinued or otherwise unavailable at the listed price. If we determine that cancellation of your order is necessary, we will notify you by email and you will not be charged for your order.
