SHIPPING METHODS
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days.
Shipments within the USA and Canada are sent via USPS, Canada Post or FedEx. International shipments may be sent by these or other carriers depending on the destination country.
Shipments within the USA and Canada are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days of shipment. Shipments to international destinations average 10 days but may take longer if delayed on arrival at the destination country.
If you require faster shipment, please contact us for expedited shipping rates and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
All shipments are insured and tracking numbers are provided.
PACKAGING
We package your purchases with utmost care to protect from damage during transit.
All prints are placed inside acid-free transparent sleeves for protection. Prints are shipped flat inside a sturdy rigid folder with protective outer packaging, or are rolled and shipped in a heavy-duty mailing tube contained inside a rectangular box.
Custom orders or special orders may be crated, depending on size.
If your package arrives damaged, please indicate any damage in writing when signing for the package and retain all original packing materials.
In the unlikely event that the content of your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for carrier inspection, return shipping, and replacement with an undamaged product if necessary.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates for any item(s) in your cart can be displayed by using the SHIPPING RATE CALCULATOR on the Shopping Cart page before proceeding with your purchase.
If your destination country does not appear in the Shipping Rate Calculator and you wish to make a purchase, please contact us with your desired purchase details and your full shipping address to inquire whether we can ship to your country, and if so what the shipping rate would be.
Please note that certain Custom Orders and Special Orders, depending on package size and delivery destination, may require additional Shipping and Handling ( S+H ) charges. We will confirm actual S+H charges to your destination and obtain your approval of final S+H charges before processing your order.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds for Shipping and Handling costs. However, if your purchase is damaged in shipment and replacement is deemed necessary, you will only pay the shipping and handling costs for the original delivery.
CURRENCY
Our website displays all prices and shipping rates in US dollars by default. Please note that all orders placed on the website are processed in US dollars.
A currency converter in the main menu displays prices and shipping rates in alternate currencies based on exchange rates from www.xe.com which our website updates twice daily.
If you are located outside the USA, your credit card provider will process your order in US dollars using its exchange rate in effect at the time when it processes your order.
DUTY AND TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any duties, fees and/or taxes that may apply in their destination country.
Please note that "original engravings, prints and lithographs" are Duty Free on import into the USA. No duties will apply to prints shipped to the USA, as per US Harmonized Tariff Schedule item # 9702.00.00.
Orders are shipped from Ottawa, Canada. The Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be applied at checkout to orders shipping to Canadian addresses.
